Charlotte Down, Patisserie Chef

Hello, I am Charlotte, the owner of Charlie's Cakes. I am a Swiss trained Patisserie Chef, starting my career working in 5* luxury hotels in Switzerland and the UK. After starting a family I continued baking, working in schools and local cafes.

 

I decided to turn my passion for creating beautiful bespoke cakes into a reality and set up my business in 2022. I love creating buttercream cakes and use texture, elements, colour as well as fresh flowers and foliage to adorn them.
